Solid Knife Cold Steel BOWIE BLADE BUSHMAN.

For the money, it’s hard to beat the Bushman series of survival knives! Unlike most hollow handle knives there is no joint or seam between the blade and the handle, instead Bushmans blade and handles are cold forged from one piece of high carbon SK-5 steel! The resulting knives are expertly heat treated and tempered to RC54 and withstood over two tons of pressure at the blade/handle transition in our tests! Each Bushman has been painstakingly honed to an extra fine edge and then hand sanded and polished to a razor sharp edge. Their hollow handles accommodate survival supplies or various handle attachments that can maximize reach, leverage or ease of throwing. Available in two blade styles (Standard and Bowie point), both have curved blades that are ideal for skinning and many bushcraft jobs. Both come with a Secure-Ex jacket that contains high quality Ferrocerium Fire Steel.
