Muela BW-Classic-19G Green Jute Micarta, Satin, Large Outdoor Knife. X50CrMoV15 stainless steel blade with satin finish. Comfortable jute micarta handle. An excellent helper for hunting, outdoor activities or survival.

1.4116 (X50CrMoV15) – molybdenum-vanadium high-carbon martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. It is used in the manufacture of knives, cutting edge cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a relatively high hardness for stainless steels of 57-58 HRC. The chemical composition of the steel is enriched with an admixture of 15.0% chromium, 0.80% molybdenum, 0.20% vanadium.

Blade – Clip Point (Bowie) type with a clearly marked belly of the blade. The plain blade was derived from the Flat Grind, which provides excellent cutting properties combined with excellent durability. A double-sided steel hilt at the base of the blade protects the hand from slipping on the blade.

Handle – profiled, covered with polished waterproof jute micarta grips. It provides a comfortable and secure grip. The rivets attaching the handle covers are made of high nickel brass. A lanyard hole secures it in the back of the handle.

Scabbard – made of well-tanned natural cowhide in brown color. Embossed manufacturer’s logo on the surface. The scabbard is stitched on the edges with decorative thread. Mounting it on your belt or on your gear allows you to carry the knife in an upright position.
