The Microtech UTX-85 233-10 Shooting Knife is equipped with a blade with a simple tanto cutting edge. It has a molded black aluminum handle made of 6061-T6 anodized aluminum with a ball tip that is made of stainless steel.

Microtech has equipped this version of the ever-popular OTF knife with a smooth contoured handle design that increases comfort in use. This updated model provides the same dimensions, hardware and durability offered by the “Tri-Grip” variant, but fits more easily in the hand and in the pocket.

For those not familiar with the technology, this is a fully automatic knife with a double mechanism off the front, meaning the blade folds and retracts with the thumb. Microtech ‘s Ultratech knife set the bar for all OTF knives.
