Looking at either side of the Rike Knife M3 folder is a totally different experience. On the show side is a G-10 scale in your choice of color. Flip the knife over and you’ll find an anodized and stonewashed titanium frame lock that looks like something out of a futuristic universe. The M3 is distinct in shape, too: It features a ramped spine for thumb placement and a skeletonized handle to reduce weight—a mere 4.6 ounces despite a 9-inch frame. The blade is made from some of the best steel on the market in 154CM. To open it, press the flipper tab and it springs into action, locking in place via the titanium lockbar. The milled pocket clip, which features a ceramic ball insert, is set for tip-up carry.
