Solid, durable construction and a strong blade opening spring are the hallmarks of Frank Beltrame’s classic Italian spring knives. Completely handmade, according to the principles of Italian craftsmanship, Stiletto knives have become famous all over the world for their exceptional lightness and durability. Blade – an extremely sharp precision blade with a Spear Point (Bayonet) profile, 3.5 mm thick, with a false blade that increases penetrating properties. 56 HRC hardened blade, made of W.1.4034 – stainless chrome steel, with martensitic structure, good corrosion resistance and good polishability. A common blade type derived from flat grinding provides good cutting and penetrating properties. The steel guard protects the hand from unwanted slipping and allows the blade to be folded when pressed. The handle – coated with imitation pearl, finished with polished nickel bolsters, provides a comfortable and secure grip. The safety of use is ensured by the ergonomic shape of the handle, which prevents the hand from slipping while working. Brass rivets. Spring – special attention is paid to the design of the spring (stainless steel): the blade must be opened within a few hundredths of a second (feature of Stiletto knives). The Beltrame component makes a characteristic sound (click) when opening the blade, which distinguishes it from other spring knives. Lock – prevents accidental folding or opening of the blade. The automatic knife is opened using a fixed button located on the handle.
